Meagen Loyst

  • Meagan was the youngest & first Gen Z investor at Lerer Hippeau ($1.5Bn AUM) and General Atlantic ($80BN AUM), investing in next-gen startups & supporting portfolio companies on innovation (marketing & GTM, impact, sustainability, community building, content-led storytelling & creators, and more).

    She now supports Fortune500 companies and startups on Gen Z innovation and strategies, ranging from FIFA and UEFA to Sony.

    As a creator herself with 95k+ followers & Gen Z thought leader/advocate, Meagan is known as the "Queen of Gen Z VC" / "Gen Z whisperer" and has been featured on BloombergTV, Business Insider (20x), Cosmopolitan, WSJ, The Times, The Washington Post, Sifted, The Economist, Fox Business News and more.

    She is also featured in the 2022 Forbes 30-Under-30 Venture Capital list, as a 2x LinkedIn Top Voice as one of the Top 10 Gen Z creators globally on the platform (2023 & 2022), and won the 2022 Rising Star Award from the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).

    Meagan is a prolific public speaker and has spoken about Gen Z/innovation as a keynote at industry conferences like NRF (Retail), ASU GSV (Education), and Money2020 (FinTech) as well as workshops for Fortune500 executives at companies like YouTube, EA Gaming, Temasek, and more.

Sam Sutaria

  • WaterBear transforms documentaries into popcorn worthy entertainment; turns people into active doers from passive viewers; and, ultimately cares more about measuring real-world impact than collecting awards.

    From pioneering storytelling training workshops across the Sahel in Africa, to spearheading global impact campaigns with NGOs across the world, WaterBear - and its partner, the Resilient Foundation - are innovating a new definition of success for the global media industry.

    Prior to roles at WaterBear, Sam was the GM of The European Nature Trust (TENT), produced content and campaigns at Nice and Serious, and trained with the BBC’s Natural History Unit in Bristol.

    Sam is also the Founder of social enterprise DrawFor, and a Trustee of the Hartswood Trust, the Aegean Film Festival and London Riverside Film Festival (re-launching 2024).

    He is a passionate conservationist, photographer and deeply committed to transforming systems across the media industry.

Poppy Mason-Watts

  • At WaterBear, Poppy oversees impact campaigning, editorial and community growth for impact, she was also part of the founding team.

    Prior to WaterBear, Poppy held client-side roles at National Geographic and FOX, and has spent 14+ years’ working on global campaigns for FMCG brands such as Unilever, Accor Hotels and Carlsberg and TV/film launch campaigns like My Octopus Teacher, Genius and The Walking Dead.

Anjuli Bedi

  • Anjuli founded The Psych.AI Group to use psychological artificial intelligence to drive positive societal change. She is also the host and founder of podcast- Make Data Human- which demystifies the worlds of behavioural science, data science, and how to apply them to social issues.

    Prior to launching The Psych.AI Group, Anjuli founded and led Edelman's Global Behavioural Science practice. She also led Edelman’s anti-human trafficking initiative in partnership with Stop the Traffik to use data, technology and communications campaigns to disrupt human trafficking.​

    Prior to Edelman, Anjuli worked with the Hollywood studios to build predictive models on the psychological motivations of fandom to predict that women-led superhero movies would be successful.

    Anjuli holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and an Executive Certificate in Predictive Analytics from Hong Kong University.

Neil Giles

  • With an extensive background in Law Enforcement, Neil has worked with New Scotland Yard, Regional and National Crime Squads, National Criminal Intelligence Service and Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) in leading major international programmes to counter organised crime. This includes as the UK Law Enforcement Attache to North America, based at the British Embassy, Washington DC.

    In SOCA (now renamed the National Crime Agency), he led the agency development of all Human Intelligence globally on organised crime and has operational experience in Afghanistan, Colombia and West Africa.

    He also led the cross-government program to prevent cocaine trafficking to the U.K. and chaired the European (Europol) counter cocaine multinational program. He latterly also served as COO at UK Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP).

Laurent Maeder

  • Over the past 25 years Laurent has built his expertise in the field of Sustainable Innovation and Sustainable Development in textile and various industries across Europe and Asia. He managed organisations as CEO and Founder and had professional assignments as Head of Product and Key Account Manager.

    Laurent is an accomplished Senior Manager and Consultant with a focus on environmental and social issues and leveraging on sustainable business opportunities. He has an extensive track record of sustainable innovation transformation in small to large sized private sector companies.

    In consulting projects he gained international experience and provided leadership expertise in business and product transformations towards sustainability.

    Prior to that, he was Head of Product for Switcher SA, pioneer company in sustainable development in the textile industry.

    Laurent is a frequent contributor and guest speaker at conferences related to sustainable innovation and economic transformation towards a circular economy.

    Currently he also serves as a Professor for Sustainable Innovation and Green Economy at the Sustainability Management School (SUMAS).

Jocelyn Goh

  • Jocelyn has close to 30 years of international business experience. She has led diverse teams and organizations globally in IKEA and APPLE and co-founded three personal business ventures.

    Before being a full-time coach, she held significant roles such as Managing Director in the SEA region and Deputy CEO in UK & IE.

    Her invaluable insights into the complexities of managing diverse teams, driving organizational growth, and achieving exceptional results, whilst impacting sustainability goals and growth, have given her an edge as an Executive Leadership and Team Coach for corporate leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

    She serves clients from various sectors ranging from education, finance, motorsports, music, architecture, industrial, retail, and consultancy.

Louise König

  • Louise has over 20 years of experience in sustainable business development and communications.

    As a business developer, project manager, trainer, communicator, speaker, moderator, and external spokesperson, she has carried out assignments for many different types of stakeholders, such as NGOs, authorities, politicians, researchers, media, and consumer organizations.

    She has a long and deep knowledge and network in the food industry. Experience from various IKEA companies, The Co-operative Sweden Coop, Jernhusen, Vi-skogen, and We Effect.

    Worked as a consultant for large international Swedish companies, real estate companies, industry associations, start-ups, etc. Deep knowledge of B2B, B2C, and B2C, food supply chains and retail.

Hannah Boman

  • Hannah combines her experience in communication and international client relations with her natural curiosity and drive to create impact-driven business strategies.

    With university degrees in Communication and Psychology, Hannah joined the New York studio Trollbäck + Company in 2013, working with PR, marketing, strategy, and communication.

    In 2017, Hannah co-founded the Stockholm-based sustainability agency The New Division, expanding the visual communication system of the Sustainable Development Goals.

    In 2019, she was one of the initiators of the Inner Development Goals. Today, she runs operations, develops business strategies, and drives the culture at The New Division forward.

Riika Olli

  • Riikka is a tech and ecommerce expert with a keen focus on circular business models. Previously dedicated to optimizing online checkouts, Riikka's focus now is to align purpose with profit - minimizing environmental impact by making online returns profitable.

    The visionary behind circular commerce platform Menddie which extends product lifespans through care and repair services, Riikka forges key strategic relationships and leads workshops on circular business models and services.

Nic Gorini

  • Nic's career spans a diverse range of industries, having worked in some of the best advertising, content, and media agencies across Europe, the United States, and South America. During this time, he spearheaded innovation on FT 500 brands, and founded his first venture, recycling skateboards, at just ten years old.

    In 2006, Nic went on to launch an upcycling business, among other ventures, further demonstrating his passion for driving positive change through imagination, creativity and entrepreneurship.

    With a wealth of experience in the creative industry and a steadfast commitment to impact, Nic is a key figure in the transition to a circular economy. His work at Spin Ventures and as an Ambassador of Top Tier Impact is driving positive change and helping to create a positive future for generations to come.

  • Dual qualified international corporate, commercial and M&A specialist, Daniela focuses on assisting luxury brands and has excellent insight on sustainability challenges in the industry.

Viktoria Kanar

  • Viktoria Kanar is a visionary professional who is deeply passionate about harnessing Israel's tech expertise to revolutionize the textile industry, a sector that holds immense global influence but is also marred by environmental and ethical challenges.

    With a profound belief in the potential for positive change, Viktoria's mission is to bridge the gap between industry experts and innovators worldwide, fostering collaboration to develop novel and circular initiatives.

    Her commitment lies in transforming the entire textile lifecycle, from production to consumption and recycling, leaving an indelible mark on the way we interact with textiles, and ultimately, making the world a better place.

Chloé Dyson

  • Chloé is director of the insight lab at TCO London, a full service creative agency that works through a unique agency-publisher model documenting subcultures and providing a platform for alternative voices.

    TCOLab sits at the intersection of culture and sustainability, working with organisations and brands to find their place in culture, challenge the status quo and learn from the vast untapped potential - most often on the fringes.

    Prior to joining TCO, Chloé built a career in sustainability for more than 10 years. Starting out in finance, then specialising in (non-financial) impact reporting, Chloé has worked on end-to-end sustainability comms campaigns, annual sustainability reports, learning programmes and partnerships, before joining community and campaign groups, such as the League of Pragmatic Optimists and Stop Ecocide.

    Chloé recently became a fellow of the Bio-Leadership Programme.

Sam Trevethyen

  • Sam is the Global Brand Ambassador for Discarded Spirits Co., and it is fair to say he takes the Brand’s Mission to Reverse Needless Waste seriously.

    With a diverse career in both the coffee and spirits industry, Sam's passion for showing people how easy it is to turn what might be seen as 'waste' into amazing cocktails is unparalleled.

Pindy Bhullar

  • Pindy Bhullar is a seasoned Technology Programme Manager and Change Manager in the Banking and Finance industry.

    Currently focusing on ESG technology and architecture supporting the group's ESG metric requirements. She has extensive knowledge of IT architecture and systems, programme and project leadership in business transformation, with particular expertise in building sustainable technology solutions and infrastructure in the drive for net zero.

    In addition, she has a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability and instigated a PhD research program focusing on the decarbonisation of the software project lifecycle.

    Also, formed a sustainable technology group at her workplace, focusing on innovative ideas to reduce energy consumption from operating technology applications.
